We want you to love your Piloto piece. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
  • Custom or made-to-order pieces are final sale and cannot be returned.
  • Sale items are final sale.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

To start a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return. We'll send you instructions within 48 hours.

Want something made just for you? We love custom work. Reach out with your idea — color, size, style — and we'll bring it to life.

Custom orders require a 50% deposit upfront and typically take 2–4 weeks to complete depending on complexity.

Custom pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
